BUTTER PANEER MASALA


Ingredient: - 250 gm Tomato, 100 gm paneer, 50 gm Butter, 25 gm Chesew, Fresh Green Coriander, Chili powder, 50 gm Cream, 1 chopped onion and Garam masala.

First fry out the chopped onion in oil simultaneously fry the paneer cubed. Make paste of Chesew with milk. Then make paste of fried onion and tomato. Then put non-stick pan with two table spoon of oil fry, dry Garam masala and fry ginger-garlic paste then pour out the oniontomoto paste. Mix well all and then put salt, chili powder, gram masala power according to taste. Put paneer, butter and cream together and cook for atleast five minutes and serve spreading green fresh corianders.

 

BUNDI CURY


Ingredient:- 2 cup Bundi, 2 Tomatoes, ! Capsicum, 2 Boiled

tatoes, 1 onion, Salt to taste, Gram masala power, 1 ½ spoon red

chili powder, 1 table spoon Ghee.
 
Put onion to chopped cut tomato, capsicum and potatoes into
 
cubes. Put ghee to hot fry pan and firstly fry onion to pinkish
 
then put gram masala mix well simultaneously. Put all the cubed
 
vegetables fry little and then put the bundies again mix well fry
 
in medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve to hot.


   

TANDOR CHICKEN


Ingredients:- 1 kilo chicken, 1 onion chopped, 1 lemon, 1 small cup
 
coriander, 2 table
 
spoon chopped garlic, 2 table spoon chopped ginger, 225 gm curd, 2 table
 
spoon red chili
 
 
powder, 1 spoon gram masala, 1 spoon methi power, 1 spoon chat masala,
 
1 spoon black
 
pepper power, 4 to 6 drops of edible colour, salt to taste.
 
 

Blend garlic and ginger to paste. Take garlic and ginger paste, curd, salt to
 

taste, chili

 
power, gram masala, methi power, chat masala, black pepper power and
 
red edible
 
colour and mix all along with chopped onion for about 8-10 minutes. Then
 
put the pieces
 
of chicken and mix well and keep it for about 6 to 10 hours. Mix the
 
mixture in oven for
 
220c cook till brick red and put into pieces serve hot with lemon drops and
 
green fresh
 
coriander.

STUFFED POTATO


Ingrediants:- 6 potatoes, 1 carrot, ½ cup green pea, ¼ cup beans, 1 onion,
 
½ cup thick
 
curd, 1 table spoon soya sauce, 2 cup white sauce, 3 cube cheese, ½
 
spoon red chili
 
powder, ½ spoon pepper power, salt to taste and oil.
 
 
Put potatoes to boil remove with little hardness. Cut carrot and beans and
 
put into boil
 
for 1 to 2 minutes along with peas. Then make hole in potatoes with knife
 
carefully. Take
 
chopped onion grade the cheese cubes. Heat pan with oil and put onion fry
 
till pinkish
 
colour. Then put scooped potatoes along with carrot, beans and peas put
 
salt to taste,
 
red chili powder, soya sauce mix well till thickness in the holed patato and
 
put cheese,
 
white sauce, and bake it for 10 minutes till it become red. Serve hot.
